These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and by777 ("we", "us", "the platform") when you access or use any part of the by777 website or mobile application. This includes sports betting, slot games, fish games, and all other features available on the platform.

by777 operates as an online entertainment platform serving users in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved mobile wallets.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a by777 account, clicking "I Agree", or simply continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them in full. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules posted on specific sections of the platform — such as bonus terms, betting rules for particular sports, or specific game rules for slots and fish games.

Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and a specific rule set posted elsewhere on the platform, the more specific rule will take precedence for that particular product or promotion.

These Terms are written in English and are governed accordingly. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal standing if there is a conflict with the English version.

02. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use by777, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. by777 does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for yourself as an individual. Corporate or shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You may only hold one account on by777. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of by777.

by777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or other documents to confirm your identity and payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

03. Deposits and Payments in PKR

by777 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits, and there is no currency conversion applied to your balance. The minimum deposit is PKR 100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of a specific payment method may vary based on your location and account status.

• Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• by777 does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.
• Deposits made using a payment method that does not belong to you will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• by777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

If a deposit is delayed or does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to initiate the same deposit multiple times before confirming the issue with support.

04. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a verified payment method registered on your account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the name on your by777 account.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• by777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a policy violation is suspected on the account.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

by777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 World Cup, and other major cricket fixtures. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented to you.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per user, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bets placed on certain markets or games may not count towards wagering requirements — check the individual offer page for details.
• by777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was obtained through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or multi-account activity.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account after the stated expiry date.

06. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on by777 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 and ODI internationals, Football, Esports, and other markets as listed in the Sports and Bet sections of the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Minimum stake: PKR 50 per bet.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the accepted window, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned.
• For rain-affected cricket matches settled via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the official DLS result is used for settlement.
• In-play bets placed after an event's actual outcome has been determined (due to a delay in odds updating) may be voided at by777's discretion.
• by777 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet or per event across all markets.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds will not be honoured. Any bets placed on clearly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes refunded.

07. Slots, Fish Games & Casino Products

All slot games, fish games, and any live casino products on by777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by by777.

• Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term average payout. RTP does not guarantee any outcome in a single session.
• A game malfunction — such as a freeze, disconnection, or display error — voids all related game rounds. Stakes for voided rounds are returned to your balance.
• Game rules, paytables, and special feature rules are available within each game. It is your responsibility to read them before playing.
• Fish game results are determined by the platform's RNG at the time each shot is fired. Skill in targeting affects play style but outcomes remain subject to RNG.
• by777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game title. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates, or technical issues.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on by777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Using by777 to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false identity information or using documents that do not belong to you during verification.
• Attempting to manipulate sports events on which bets are placed — match-fixing in any form.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties as an agent or intermediary without prior written approval from by777.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location in violation of these Terms.

09. Account Suspension and Closure

by777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user.
• Inactivity for a prolonged period — accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be flagged for review.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the user under our Responsible Gaming policy.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account is closed with a remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonuses), that balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

10. Responsible Gaming

2. Our team will review the matter and respond within 3 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to our senior review team by requesting an escalation through the same support channel.

by777 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. Decisions made after a full review of available evidence are final. Disputes raised beyond 30 days of the relevant event may not be reviewed.
